All orders usually get shipped within 3-5 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 5-10 days.
- If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.
- A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for a few days, awaiting further instructions from you, before returning the parcel to us.
- Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be adjusted in your next order or as per your instructions. However, a convenience charge of Rs. 100 shall be deducted from the cancelled order payment.
Yes. Its available. Extra 50Rs will be charged for Cash on delivery products.
If you do not receive the missing products within 7 days of the first shipment, then, please mail us with the details within 15 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted as the earliest
- Please drop us an email at email@example.com with images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money as per your instructions.
- The amount refunded, if any, shall reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from the refund date.
No return / refund / exchange is possible for products unless it is damaged.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
- Cancellation/ refund is not applicable in corporate/ bulk order.
Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
- Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
- If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment.
Unfortunately, there is no refund policy for a cancelled order. However, we shall issue store credits equal to the amount of the cancelled order which can be redeemed anytime for your next order.
